岡寺参道の古民家で「本格ソーセージ」の手作り体験
工房は、蔵・母屋・門屋の大きく3つの建物に分かれています。
蔵を燻製工房として使用していて、
ソーセージ作りと実食は母屋で行います。
門屋は様々なイベントやワークショップ等で利用いただいています。
