Making genuine sausages in an old folk house on the approach to Okadera temple.
The factory is comprised of three buildings: a warehouse, the main building, and a kadoya (a room in the gate for a residence). The warehouse is the factory for smoking. Our experience, making and eating the sausages, is held in the main building. The kadoya is used for various events and workshops. (Moderator: サイト管理者 NVB )
