Feel the history and culture in the Primeval Forest and enjoy a rare opportunity with a professional guide!　

Kasuga Primeval Forest is a sacred area with a history of over one thousand years. However, as a result of a number of factors, it is currently facing a situation in which conservation is necessary. On this tour, you will be able to walk through a normally restricted area and to observe the measures being taken to pass the Kasugayama Primeval Forest on to the next generation. You will also walk along the former approach-way to a temple located within the primeval forest - and encounter a large tree that is hundreds of years old. (The route may be changed if the weather is deemed dangerous.)

*Hiking with Mt.Kasuga professional guide and English Translator.

12:30/16:00 The tour ends at the south entrance of footpath in Mt. Kasuga Premival Forest
